Yoga is a spiritual practise that is primarily based on a highly subtle science that focuses on bringing mind and body into harmony. Meditation is a technique in which a person utilises strategies such as focusing on a certain object, mindfulness, idea, or activity to train attention and awareness, develop emotional serenity and stability, and mental clarity.
