Body Movement Therapies and Massage

Body movement therapy is a type of therapy that employs movement to assist a person in dealing with a disability, sickness, or other obstacles that prevent them from fully functioning. Body movement therapy's major goal is to improve a person's cognitive, mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Massage is a technique for manipulating the soft tissues of the body that is done entirely with the fingers, hands, elbows, forearms, knees, or a device.
