Body Movement Therapies and Massage

Body movement therapy is a sort of treatment that uses movement to help a person cope with a disability, illness, or other hurdles that hinder them from functioning normally. The primary purpose of body movement therapy is to improve a person's cognitive, mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Massage is a technique for manipulating the body's soft tissues that uses only the fingers, palms, elbows, forearms, knees, or a device.
